"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIG BRO I LOVE YOU!!!"
@limitlesspossibilities liked for a Neku starter!
"Still at it, huh?"
Neku enters the scene with two cups of coffee from WildKat, noticing Shiki looking over a list of designs—Likely new ones for Gatto Nero, if he were to guess. It was admirable how seriously she had been taking this after he got caught up in the affairs of the UG, she seemed much more confident and sure of herself now. There was... a tinge of regret he couldn't of been there to see it all the way, but what matters is where she ended up now. Co-owning one of the hottest brands in Shibuya is no easy thing!
Though that didn't mean it's good to be consumed by the work. That just sounds exhausting.
With a smirk, Neku places one of the coffee cups near her and sits opposite to her, his tone lighthearted.
"I think you've earned a bit of a break after everything that happened a bit ago, wouldn't you say? Hell, I still feel exhausted thinking about it."
@limitlesspossibilities continued from here
Silence follows, thickening the air as he listens to Yu speak. It’s clear something is going on. He’s facing something that he doesn’t want to get anyone involved with and it hurts. Hurts that even after all this time, Yu can’t confide in him. His best friend. His partner. But could he even call Yu either of those things anymore when they barely spent any time together?
“…It’s something more than that, isn’t it? You know, if you don’t trust me…Or if you don’t want to be friends anymore you can just tell me. I know I can be a lot.” A low and self depreciating chuckle took to the air as he lifted his gaze to meet Yu’s.
“I was lucky enough to have you as a friend in the first place. I don’t want to burden you or anything.”
@limitlesspossibilities asked: “Thundershock, Thunderbolt… I’ve been destroyed by Pikachu’s attacks so many times I know them all by heart.” - from Roy! He’s been training with Cap.
"And why in the world did you feel the need to subject yourself to that Pikachu's Electric Moves like that in the first place? ...Actually, never mind. Do I even want to know the details on how that happened?"
That was a rather concerning statement, Amethio had to admit...That Pikachu, who Friede always called "Cap", was exceptionally powerful despite its small frame and status as a middle stage Pokémon. So, hearing that Roy was being put in situations that exposed him to those ridiculously powerful Moves...
...He almost wanted to ask if he was alright. But, Roy was clearly made of stern stuff, considering how energetic he came off as right now. So, he'd just decide he was never asking about the details here and now, for both their sakes...He had a feeling he would be concerned by the answer, anyway.
🔥 : a blog that inspires your creativity!
POSITIVITY MEME
((I gotta give some mad props to @spaced-out-muses / @melodic-mayh3m for the cool ideas and AUs they've come up with across their blogs. The Suzuki brothers already have me in such a tight hold and the way you include each of them not only into one, specific Persona game but expanding their character into the other modern series is absolutely incredible. I love your idea of the altered timeline with your X and Zero, and you know how much I adore that grumpy old man Crow. They have such a passion for the 'what ifs' of characters and testing the ground on plots not too common with the general fandom.
Oh...and their fascination with picking up side characters/NPC characters is a refreshing sight when a lot of people tend to pick up the canon characters.
@limitlesspossibilities inquired: ❝ it’s not the dying that hurts—it’s leaving you behind. ❞ - from Neku, for Joshua?
⁕| Tragic Endings |⁕
Leaving...him behind. The words used in this context were almost laughable, especially when directed towards the young man's original murderer. It made Joshua wonder if his head no longer worked properly after being stuck in an inverted city for so long. Neku shouldn't miss him. Joshua was of the dead, in a way, so he ideally wouldn't have been without him anyway. He should have been upset about leaving his real friends behind...not the Composer who used him.
And yet, after Coco shot him, after he was sent into an inverted city for three years, this was what he said to Joshua. Maybe he had just gotten used to dying at this point...maybe the dying didn't hurt anymore for that reason. But to leave Joshua behind...
" Even after all of this time, you still leave me trying to understand you, " the Composer finally said. No one could confuse him like Neku Sakuraba... It seemed everything he thought he knew about humans always took a sharp turn when it came to this young man. It was amusing to see...and Joshua forgot about how much he enjoyed being puzzled by it. " And what about those other friends of yours? Your real friends. Surely that hurt more. " He may have tried to stop the death from occurring, but... Joshua couldn't be compared to Neku's actual friends. After all, the Composer was friends with no one.

This was a question that Hanekoma might have answered at least a little differently were it earlier in his career as Shibuya's Producer. Once upon a time, he was eager and willing to welcome others with open arms, get to know them, show them around. To a degree, that was still true, but he still carried the scars of past mistakes, and he was more discerning of what he allowed of those coming into his universe.
Joshuas were particularly tricky.
And it was true that this one hadn't caused him a lot of trouble. In fact, he could count on his hand the number of times they'd even interacted. He was sure, given the usual nature of Joshuas in general, this one was equally wary of him, and he had to prove himself just as much as Joshua did. They were far from enemies, but that didn't make them friends, and Hanekoma had to remember that.
"If I'm being perfectly honest, not a whole lot," Hanekoma replied with an easy smile. Careless and catlike, coating over the suspicion in his eyes. "But that doesn't surprise ya too much, now does it? I think we're both probably being a little careful around each other. But ya know, it doesn't hafta stay that way, ya dig? I can be friendly if ya give me the chance, and if ya don't give me a reason not to be."
Mission: Monsters in Shibuya
Kion // Larvenza rp with: @limitlesspossibilities
Once again the guiding lands were warping and changing the world, Kion was sent to deal with it as always. This wouldn't be the first time Riders and hunters disappeared in it's hidden vortex's
But one dangerous monster would disappear as the young rider chased after it with his team of Monsties. A Seltas Queen and a horde of Seltas, the guiding lands took the form in Shibuya in an absent alley as a large partial forest. The group would pour out of it, the Seltas Queen crashing into some buildings, damaging them only enough to destroy some windows and outer buildings on her flight.
"Ratha, try taking out a couple of them; Legna, we're on the others..."
The rider would call up to his Rathalos as he rode Legna, right behind him was Onslow and Axel trailing behind. Soon people would appear, moving out of the way. "Legna watch out for them, careful not to step on anyone!"
No matter how good intentioned the young boy was, he wouldn't fully be able to guess what happened in this new foreign world; nor the interesting people he'd meet.
