Limozine-Mutiny Girl/She Rocka Rolla
If you like raw primitive scuzzy punk rock n roll full of snot, spit and swagger than you could do a whole lot worse than checking out the trashy sounds of West London's finest Limozine and their new single Mutiny Girl, the third to be taken from their recently released second full length album Evil Love.
Take a jack hammer beat weld with a handful of rudimentary riffs lifted straight out of the "how to play The Ramones" handbook and a vocal that's been equally soaked in booze and attitude and you have the recipe for Mutiny Girl and my god it tastes good. Like all good punk rock anthems the track is short, sharp, snappy and dripping in attitude and like all good low down rock n roll it'll have you hollering along within mere seconds.
If Mutiny Girl whets the appetite, the b-side, She Rocka Rolla will have you grinning like a fool whilst drooling with delight. Imagine The Sex Pistols duking it out with The Stooges for the punk rock crown, whilst The Ramones watch on from the ring apron and you'll be somewhere in the right vicinity of this sneering sub two and half minute anthem.
Limozine don't fuck about they make straight to the point, attitude fuelled, spiky frenzies that'll appeal to anyone who's been caught in a hailstorm of spit whilst pogoing down their local dive to the less fragrant sounds of the 70's.

Limozine, a Punk Rock ‘n’ Roll band based in West London, released their second album ‘Evil Love’ on April 5th to rave reviews. Inspired byThe Cramps, The Stooges and The Ramones, Evil Love is ten tracks of jack hammer rock ‘n’ roll fuelled by cheap booze, punk rock and junkyard blues.

"...ten short sharp shots of adrenaline-fuelled songs" - Room Thirteen

Singer Dean and guitarist Johnny are originally from the Midlands. They met in Coventry in the legendary Cabin Recording Studios through record producer Paul Sampson. Both heavily influenced by wild psychotic debris of previous rock eras, Dean and Johnny formed Limozine and began creating a rock ‘n’ roll sound for the present. A few months later bassist Karl and drummer Tim joined the band.
Limozine’s debut album ‘Car Crash Casino’, recorded and mixed in just eight days was released in October 2007 on Open Plan Records. Clocking in at just twenty seven minutes, the eleven track album features live favourites ‘Russian Roulette’ and ‘King Cockroacher’. In early 2009 Limozine began gigging regularly around London. In June, Limozine started their own highly successful Rockin Bones Klub; a monthly club in Hammersmith with a rock ‘n’ roll vibe, DJs and live bands.
Limozine released their first single ‘El Presidente’, with B-side ‘Junkie Girlfriend’, in November 2009. The single was met with positive reviews from a wide range of online media and local press, and received spot plays on a wealth of regional, online and student stations, including Punky Radio, Get Ready To Rock Radio, TSM Radio and the new music show onBFBS Worldwide Radio, who invited the band for interview. On the merit of their single Limozine were chosen to feature on Best of Myspace in October last year, and appeared live on London’s Balcony TV in December.
