I seem to have reached that age when I'm going to need orthopaedic insoles for my shoes! Waaaaahhhh! 😭 A trip to the podiatrist on Thursday will confirm if I have suspected Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot, so no more barefoot Zumba for me. And my Dr Martens are also being retired... for now. Gonna have to get those boring boomer New Balance trainers out of the cupboard. Next stop...elasticated jeans? 😂... The camera doesn’t quite do the green-turquoise iridescence on this copper electroformed limpet shell justice. It’s super sparkly! Anodising patina is such hit and miss experimentation but this one has stayed true and hasn’t changed since I sealed it a few months back.
