I find one of the best ways to cope with jet lag, particularly 13 hours worth (travelling from New Zealand to the UK), is to go for an early morning walk. Beginning tomorrow, 3rd May 2017, our Wednesday Karate class at Oxted school will now run from 7:00-8:30. This ensures we cover everything - kion (basics), kata and kumite - for all levels including white and blacks belts.
