I'd recommend Linandko to anyone on this blog. Lin is American and her husband Kohei is Japanese and they play games that are/were Japan-exclusive. Highly recommended for those with an interest in Japan!

I love this series. It is up there if not past the MOTHER series in terms of making you feel, laugh, and just warm your heart completely. With most games when you're playing them, you'll have sort of a blank face, just concentrating on the words/graphics etc. With this series though, and maybe it's just me---I always have a smile on my face. I've been making it a point to play 10-20 minutes before bed every night, and it has become a habit of sorts.
I seriously can't wait for five!!!
