i want to be more masculine irl. Masculinity for me is something sacred and untapped. i never was able to express it but on online spaces i'm allowed to shapeshift and do whatever i please. But i'm not 14/15 anymore. i'm 18, i need to bring that online identity into my actual reality, but i'm also scared i wont be desirable or pretty anymore but i also know that's the part of my brain that was conditioned to think under patriarchal frameworks speaking. at the same time, i'm not in a safe enough environment to express that. i recently bought my first pair of unisex jeans, and even though its not men's pants, the fact that its unisex pissed my mum off, saying that "i look like a boy" and "i will never be a boy" and she kept going for like 10 mins, but she got it all wrong, i don't want to be a boy, i just want to be me
