It’s been a privilege and an honour to see the Lindisfarne Gospels in the flesh. @laingartgallery has a phenomenal exhibit featuring this national treasure and it is well worth the visit. The Viking attack on Lindisfarne was the inspiration behind my track “Lindisfarnee”. The lyrics are entirely in Old English and is an account of the sacking of Lindisfarne in 793. The link to the track can be found below and on the Dwarrowdelf Records Bandcamp page. https://youtu.be/45AkMWofeTk #musiciansofinstagram #blackmetal #lindisfarne #lindisfarnegospels #viking #oldenglish #britishhistory #inspired #metalhead #headbanger #bandcamp #itunes #youtube #spotify #metalmusic #blackmetalvocalist #musician #music #release #track https://www.instagram.com/p/CkBKo0_sHQs/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
