No Happiness Formula
If you are looking at skill or performance, you should generally predict regression to the mean. If you achieve a "major success" that is far above your usual average, the most likely next step is a slight decline toward your baseline, simply because extremes are hard to maintain. Conversely, after a "major failure" that is far below your usual standard, you should predict a move back up toward your average. You aren't predicting a "crash" or a "miracle," but rather a return to your normal, sustainable level of performance.
The most dangerous prediction is expecting a trend to continue forever, known as Linear Thinking. We often assume that a failure means we are on a permanent downward spiral, or that success means we have "cracked the code" and will never fail again. In reality, life is a mix of your average skill level and random luck; the luck eventually fades, leaving you back at your average.

Eight Signs That Proves You Are A Deep Thinker Who Loves Being Alone
Deep thinkers thrive on introspection and introversion and often accomplish their best work when they are alone. Because of this, deep thinkers are often thought to be socially awkward or that they don’t like people.
