I DID VERY MUCH SO

I think, considering it after the fact, that it suffers a little bit from how much clearly happened between trilogies that it is trying to imply without showing, but that was true of TFA as well, and all in all I was very pleased

and Thing 2 even sat through the whole thing, and he is Not Great with movie theatres (we also went to a different theatre than usual, and we liked it a lot better, so that was nice too)

I mean, I started tearing up at the Wrinkle in Time preview before hand tho?

Like, I have become a Star Wars fan, largely because of 30yrs osmosis of being surrounded by Star Wars fans (and seeing General Leia on screen, like. Dang. I cannot even with grown women staring in genre movies, it’s amazing) but A Wrinkle in Time is deeply important to me and I found its value all by myself and it looks so beautiful and if it’s not got the right feel I am going to be heartbroken for at least a decade.

/probably longer actually, I can still rant about Smallville, and Clark Kent/Lois Lane, for all I adore them, are not nearly as important as Meg

I’m not currently! I wrote one one shot but I don’t have any ideas for a longer, multi chapter story. I’m currently writing an original novel, so Symbrock was really just a (very very pretty) distraction <3
