The night that my parents died, I blew off family night so that I could go to some party. I ended up getting stranded, and they had to come pick me up. That’s why we ended up in the car at Wickery Bridge, and that’s why they died. Our actions are what set things in motion, but we have to live with that.

I'm guessing she's only put the people who will contribute the most on the list. As awful as it sounds I don't think jasper will be on there not just because of his mental state but because he won't be able to contribute enough. Possibly Harper too? And maybe (I'm Hoping) octavia isn't on there and I'm wondering how Bellamy will react to that. Raven, Monty, Abby, Jackson will all be on there since they are the most valuable. I think it'll be interesting to see how everyone reacts to the list.

But yes, I think we might all be in the same boat about Jasper. It wouldn’t make sense for him to be on there. Unless Clarke was feeling sentimental which I REALLY wouldn’t put past her tbh. 

I’m nooot sure about Harper. She’s a guard, like Miller and Monty and Bellamy. Bellamy and Monty have other skills that can be beneficial though (shh, Bellamy’s leadership counts as a skill), and I’m not really sure Miller and Harper do. You might be right about Harper being excluded, so I’m sort of skeptical about Miller too. 

As much as I am not a fan of Octapalooza right now, I feel like it would be weird if she wasn’t on the list. Bellamy wouldn’t have that, first of all, and Clarke 100% wouldn’t do that to him. That being said, she for sure doesn’t have anything to offer lmao. Her ninja skills are necessary on the ground but in the Ark? For 5 year? With 100 people who don’t have a warrior’s mentality? What is she going to do to help them? Personal feelings aside, she shouldn’t be on the list imo, but I think she will be because Blake Siblings and Bellarke Love. 

You’re right about Raven, Monty, Abby, and Jackson for sure. I’d add Kane there too, though he might try to sacrifice himself. How about Jaha? I think they’ll keep him because he was an engineer so that’s super useful. He might trade his life for his peoples’ too though.

How about Murphy and Emori? What does everyone think about them having/not having spots on The List?

Also, does anyone think they’re sticking to just Arkadians? Or keeping Grounders too? Like, Nyko could be really handy, you know. Why not add him?

@linseymorgan yay i honestly heard so much about these books and how much people actually love lily and lo together, but tbh both of them are the weakest characters of the 6 mains, and it’s a tragedy that they have 5 books dedicated to their relatonship, and with their pov, while the other characters are so much better and way more interesting.

i agree, while i do prefer lily near her sisters, it’s my favourite relationships out of these books, it reminds me a lot of my own siblings and how much we protect eahc other, i much rather not have to deal with her, or lo’s pov at all. they both are so boring and annoying. it’s not even the addictions part, that one i respect a lot, it’s just they are both boring ass people, who are boring together. i even prefer just watching their relationship through rose and connor’s eyes (that’s how far i’ve gone so far, i’m close to finishing rose and connor’s book), than to be in their minds.

also, i started by liking rose and connor a lot, but now i’m not even into them like i was. i liked connor more before i knew his pov. he seemed different. i love rose the same tho, maybe more even, but idk if i care about their relationship that much anymore. the whole power play they have isn’t my thing. i thought they would be one of those couples who not only are equal in life but also equal in bed, but the whole situation with is odd at times, especially whenever connor bends the line like when she’s drunk to the point he even questions the next day if she remembers, or how they didnt even practice a safe word and he was out there choking her the first time he touched her. yeah she enjoyed it, and it wasn’t against her will, but these writers could have done a better job with that aspect of their relationship.

i didnt start reading for the smut scenes bc tbh i could read better in fanfiction. i could find much better writer smut in a ao3 tag in 30 seconds, but their book is so so much better than any of the lilo’s books, it’s so entertaining, it’s fun, it has angst for everyone. it’s probably better because, besides rose being interesting, and sometimes connor (or his pov, he likes to observe people so we get a lot o his pov on the other mains) as well, while it’s focused on them it always has the other mains in the background, and they play big roles in the book even tho rose and connor are the mains.
