I decided that I would try jogging with Lio this morning. I eased him into it as retired racers are not used to maintaining a fast walk/trot.
He found it very confusing. When he wasn’t trying to launch into a full sprint he kept jumping directly in front of me and doing happy spins because he thought we were playing. I stopped every time and put him back into a heel.
I felt so bad though because he gave me the most pathetic looks the first few times I did it.
