Eli was raised by the Patriots, living in the lab as a experiment of dominant gene carrier. He never been to the outside world. David aka Solid is living outside for other experiment.  Ocelot is one of the researcher in the Patriots. (Since he is the sorrow’s son) He got some supernatural power, like when he touched someone he could chose to show them some of the pics from memories.  When Eli turned in to 12, he eagers to see the outside world. So Ocelot was chosed to make him stable. “What if the world dosen’t exit, all of them was a lie. Why can't I go outside? Because David is better than me?” Eli’s question stabbing Ocelot’s heart. Finally he touch the boy’s face and rest his forehead on Eli’s. Show him all the faces he have met. And the beauty of the world.
