"I think... There's something wrong with me, Sylv..." Lirath said. He was seated on the floor of his own little kitchen, playing his little kalimba. "And I've known for quite some time now..."
"What is it?" She sat down on the floor across from him, a worried frown spreading on her face.
"Well... You know I started working with Sunstrider in the theatre on the weekends, right?"
"Yeah?" She nodded. "Did he... did he try something? I swear to Belore, Lirath, if he-"
"Oh Belore, Sylvanas, he would never hurt me..." He laughed. "Don't worry... Working with him has been fun even if he's all over the place sometimes... I don't understand where he gets the time to do theatre while leading a law firm... that man is crazy..." He shook his head. "Anyways- that's not at all what I wanted to talk about."
Sylvanas sighed in relief. "Then what is it?"
"Well... You know how you... You always talk about how you feel around Nate?"
She smiled and nodded.
"And around Jaina?"
She nodded again. "What does that have to do with anything?"
"Well... I think I found out why I never felt that... Kael told me about this actually... And it explained a lot... Why I never wanted anyone... Romantically or physically..." He grew nervous, watching her, expecting her to know what he's talking about.
But she was just looking at him, all confused. "And that is because..?"
"Well... I suppose I'm not gay... Or straight..."
"So you're pan like me? Or... or bi like Vereesa?"
"No, Sylvanas, that is not what it is... I'm ace, Sylv..."
She got lost in thought for a second. "Hm... OH! Wow... I always thought you were the most likely to sleep around out of the four of us..." She laughed. "So this is good!"
"Hey!" He burst out laughing as well, all the tension leaving his body. "I think... I think I'm aroace, yeah... And I think I'm happy with just myself and music, truly..."
"I'm glad you chose to tell me, Lirath..."
"I'm glad you listened..."
