Lists
A couple months ago, I came across a Listography Journal that immediately caught my attention. This book is perfect for anyone who love writing down lists, including myself. Listography - review
Listography Author: Lisa Nola
What is it?
The name pretty much explains it all - it is a book of lists. From listing the countries you visited, concerts you went to, and strings of ‘favorites’ such as music albums, restaurants, hobbies, etc, to some of the more revealing and intimate ones such as your past lovers, people you lived with, your embarrassing moments and many, many more. The beauty of the book is that you won’t be able to finish it right away. It will take patience and time, it will exercise your memory, and you will most probably revisit it when new things happen. This book is the first one in the string of other Listography books covering more specific interest or life journeys, such as Film Listography, Spirit Listography, One List a Day, there’s even Listography: The Game!
What does it look like?
Nice and robust, big format book, with amazing illustration and typography. Each list is accompanied by a unique and funny illustration. Pages that you’re supposed to write on have nice typography and lines. The paper is extra quality. This is a heavy book, not to carry around but to keep in your library or some secret place that’s just for you.
Who is it for?
- List-lovers, obviously. - People who like to organize their memories and revisit them from time to time, with a chance to add to it continuously over the years.
Which Listography book should I try next???
