Early morning yoga>get ready for work >get outside on my lunch break. On that Thursday hustle for day four of #420fitnesschallenge It’s merely hoodie weather here in mid-January, so no complaints here. I’ve even seen the sun for a bit today. It was a battle this morning against the siren song of my bed this morning. I managed to make it to the gym, but certainly wasn’t feeling full of vim. Nevertheless, I managed to get a short workout completed and got my workday started. I’m often questioning myself: Do I really need a rest day or am I just feeling tired and cozy in bed?? I shook it up a bit this morning and did some cardio. A sprint series on the treadmill since it was icy outside this morning, followed by some dumbbell strength work. Today is the first day in a weeklong #420fitnesschallenge sponsored by @stigma.activewear @greenlovedenver @rxmaryjade and @americaspotcast This sort of challenge allows us to share that not all cannabis users are couch-locked, amotivational, undependable scrappers.
