ok everyone huddle up hold hands. ready? feeling good? feeling okay? so this week. this coming week, i mean. we're - look into my eyes - we are not self deprecating. we are talking ourselves up as much as can even if that's only saying something ironically self aggrandizing when you make a mistake. when someone gives us a compliment we are beaming and striking a little pose. we are smiling and saying thank you. we are giving those compliments when they arise in our minds. we are being HOLD MY HAND TIGHTER we are being as compassionate as we can, as forgiving, as patient. not because we're saints but because sleeping at night is easier when you've made another person smile. we are leaving rooms lighter and brighter than we found them. decide what it would take to be proud of yourself and commit to that. i will be glad to see everyone and I will remain curious and I will listen more than I talk. not every conversation has to have a story about me in it! and I like other people so much. also i think we should all eat a vegetable. I'm sorry my palms are sweaty it's just i'm so excited to be here with you. get so excited. ILove you.

I used to have horrible nightmares with demons in the darkness surrounding me. I prayed to my guardian angel, and one night I had a dream with an angel who appeared from the darkness holding a sword in his left hand. He cut the darkness, and the light went through it. The demons, taken by surprise, rushed from under my bed and disappeared. I thank my guardian angel because after that night I have only light and pleasant dreams. (x)
