“Try this anime”, “Try this show”, I think everyone should try realizing that this is a busy guy (non-binary) who works a 9-5. They don’t have that much time to watch/read every piece of media from thousands of recommendations from people on the internet. Plus it always feels… I dunno, commanding? Like “you should watch this. Go do it.” They’re not even trying to sell it or anything. Maybe I’m just wrongly getting annoyed on your behalf, I don’t know. You don’t have to respond to this at all.
On one hand... I get. You want this person whose art you like to get into the same things you enjoy. Totally understandable.
But if I checked out everything that people recommended to me then I wouldn't get ANYTHING done. No Other Script, no mini comics, no doodles, no drawing for myself. I'd only breathe work and recommendations.
A day doesn't have enough hours to do everything people want me to do.
