Call me a sucker but i cried. My sister (@tazytwin286 ) and I rescued a little puppy, and gave him food and shelter till we could find his family. Turns out it was a family a couple houses down who had been frantically searching for him everywhere. When they were reunited, they couldnt stop thanking us. Tonight, three little girls came to our gate to give us holiday grams. For rescuing their little dog and keeping him safe. This definitely hit my emotions right on the nail. If you can do one small act of kindness, i promise, you won't regret it. It may not seem like much, but to that family, it was everything. #bekindalways #littleactions #cangoalongways

So I did something I consider a bit daring. I put cilantro in my shake! (I bought a bundle for a recipe knowing I'll have to be creative to use it all before it went bad) I was hoping by only putting a little and adding a few frozen cherries and Greek yogurt I wouldn't be able to taste it much. But I can and it's not too bad with chocolate vegan shakeology! My nutrition may not be on point 💯 but it is wayyyy healthier! In fact I'm super proud that the least healthy thing I got was two frozen pizzas, everything else was a healthy choice! My bf made me tofo fajita type things and they were bomb af!👌👍 Did a session of 10 minutes abs yoga early in the day. And through out the day I made sure that listen to music and dance around a bit while I busted butt on my blanket! And Saturday I was full on dancing around my room! Which hasn't happened like that in a long ass time! It's been a crazy weekend between paying bills, buying food, getting my blanket done, and trying to get sleep! I only did my CIZE on Friday but did yoga all 3 days. This change of diet and habits plus overnight shift put my sleep in a real funk! My body was craving sleeping at night and waking with/before the sun! Today my body definitely wanted me to workout but I went to sleep too late and woke up too late for that xp. My PD today reminded me to live in the now and enjoy every momment, as well as not being hard on yourself if you are not where you used to be! That's what I did.
