a week or two ago she told me she won’t be able to pay her full half of the rent for June (she did send me most of it, it came to about $150 short) because of “some problem with [her] credit card”. this was before the fine from the city. but she knows I literally have not found a job yet and that I literally, literally, do not have any liquidity right now. so I told her that as soon as she got the problem fixed I’d need the rest of the money and she was like “yeah okay” in an “isn’t that interesting” kind of way
#had an interview that went well today so I should be able to start digging myself out of this hole soon#I'll probably borrow the rest of the rent money from K because he just got a lump sum for his student loan but I'll have to pay him back#really soon#I had been planning on asking my roommate to float the entire amount especially because SHE LITERALLY DID NOT PAY FOR THE FIRST MONTH SHE#LIVED HERE#frankly for her to ask me to cover part of her share this month when she knows what my situation looks like#is fucking outrageous#but when you're blasted out of your mind morning to night I guess you don't sit around pondering these things
