I read this on Instagram this morning and it really spoke to me. My heart is consistently wanting to share and be fully open, the type of sharing that frees your soul. The type that builds your tribe. However, I am often left filtering and editing my thoughts as the mind and the worry of judgement always filters through. For me it has always been about trying not offend others. Sometimes about to wanting to be accepted. . I’d like to live a simpler life where I can share my heart and thoughts openly. The world might be a happier place. . The theory is when we share openly and honestly we develop stronger and deeper connections with each other. . We also build a circle of friends that bring about our best selves. A support structure when built with a strong foundation can help each other go so much farther. . Finding real relationships can help us “surrender everything in the moment” without the fear of judgement holding us back. . Freedom. .
