Ah shit son

So went to the doctor today. About 3 weeks ago I had some blood tests and needed the results. Apparently there's some issue with my liver which she wants to do more tests on. But more worryingly, since I can deal with it, I am apparently in the pre-diabetes category. Just wondering how I remove myself from that category if I can. Any genuine advice welcome
