Warnings: Floof, implications of sexy times, hickeys (? don’t know if that needs a warning), Alex (need I say more?)
Word count: 487
Summary: You leave Alex a little present from a last nights activities.
A/N: Instead of writing the next part of HMCTTLATN, you cam blame @i-am-amora-the-enchantress for giving me this idea as we talked about Alex and hickeys, as we do.
He wasn't sure what woke him first, the light or the soft traces on his skin. He stirred for a moment before coming back to consciousness, blinking a few times before taking in the silhouette lying on his chest.
Your hair was mostly behind you as you lay against his chest. His heartbeat rested beneath your ear and beat steadily, no longer racing from the previous night's activities.
He gently moved some of the stray stands of hair behind your ear and wound his arm around your waist to keep you close. Your soft fingertips lazily drew patterns on his skin with no rhyme or reason to them. It was just to feel, to remember.
"Did I wake you?" You asked softly.
"Possibly." He murmured to you, drawing small circles on your hip in return.
You looked up at him, pieces of hair coming undone from his bun he tiredly pulled back last night before falling asleep beside you. He still looked beautiful, as he always did, with those beautiful eyes and the perfect lips...
"Take a picture. It'll last longer."
"Ass." You spoke softly before kissing him once more.
One turned to two, two turned to three and you stopped at four, still tired from last night.
"Alex." You whined a bit when he attempted to kiss you again.
"(Y/N)." He whined back.
You pouted a little bit, pulling back.
"I'm tired and I know you are too. My poor Viking."
"This poor Viking is always ready to go another round, especially with you."
You laughed a bit at his ridiculousness and then rolled your eyes.
"Insatiable."
"Only for you."
You kissed him once more before escaping his hold and sitting up in bed. The sheet rested against your back as you stretched a little, releasing the tension from sleep. You knew he was watching from the way goosebumps appeared on your skin.
"Take a picture. It'll last longer." You teased.
It was silent for a few moment before the shutter of his camera startled you. You turned and saw him grin. You stuck your tongue out at him and wandered into the bathroom, waiting for him to realize the little present you had left behind on him.
It took him a few minutes as he scrolled through his feed. He felt a little uncomfortable and saw something off in the screens reflection. He turned on the camera once again and found the abundance of hickeys littering his neck.
He sat up in surprise, running his fingers over them. He knew you were bold but not that bold. He was going to have an interesting time explaining this to the makeup department tomorrow.
"Enjoy my present?" You asked, leaning against the bathroom doorframe.
"Your concealer won't cover this up." He whined, earning a smirk from you.
"That was the point, love. Now you have something to remember me by."
"Little minx, come here."
"Catch me, Viking."

Sweet Seba with my jacket is big enough for both of us! Love you Pia! 💖
The World Below
New York was a wonder to you, and you were certain you would never tire of the city that never sleeps. You’d seen it a couple of times on trips before finally taking the step and moving, settling down in a small apartment tucked away in the Bronx. That had been five years ago. You’d steadily worked your way into Manhattan via Queens and Brooklyn. Technically, you still had a place in Brooklyn, but you were rarely there, instead finding yourself more often than not in the beautiful Manhattan-apartment that belonged to your boyfriend.
Smiling at the thought of how circumstances and pure luck had landed you here, you wrapped your cardigan tighter around you, looking out at the city lights below you, the cars weaving through the streets, the low hum of traffic and people and life buzzing through you like a second heartbeat.
“Babe? I’m home!”
Turning, you spotted Seb by the door, two bags of takeout in his hand.
“Out here!” you called back, waving at him.
Turning back, you looked down, the sheer height causing a swooping sensation to send shivers through you. Sometimes being in Seb’s apartment felt like you were flying, hovering far above the rest of the world in a dream that you kept expecting to wake up from.
“What are you doing out here, it’s freezing!” Warm arms came to wrap around you, and you turned to place a kiss on his cheek.
“Beautiful night,” you commented, nuzzling into him, his body like a wall of heat behind you.
“And cold.”
“Sure, but... Don’t you ever kinda stop and just... watch?”
“Sure, but I generally do my contemplating inside.”
“Can’t do this inside,” you teased, leaning a little further over the balcony railing, following the path of a cab down in the street.
Seb laughed, pulling you back and circling your waist with his arms. “Hey, I know I call you angel, but you still don’t have wings.”
“Everything is so small,” you mumbled. “Down there, everything seems so big, so intimidating. You’re the small one. Lonely. Up here...” You picked a moving dot, closing one eye as you let your finger follow it until it turned a corner,” you see just how alive everything is. You’re part of this city, you move with it.”
Sebastian hummed against you, not saying anything. You feared you’d gone off on a tangent that had crossed a line for what had been planned for the evening. Takeout and an episode of a tv show you’d started watching together when his schedule allowed for it. Not philosophical thoughts out in the cold New York night. Rubbing your arms, you moved to duck out from under his arms to go inside, but Seb only pulled you back.
“We can watch for a little while longer,” he whispered, his breath tickling you.
“But it’s cold,” you reminded him, pulling on the sleeves of your cardigan.
With a snicker, Sebastian pressed you closer to his chest, tugging at his jacket until he could zip it up with the both of you inside it.

Summary: Bucky and Ivar have been friends with you for a while and as the senior year of university is starting to close, they come upon the realization that your vibes are changing, and not in a good way.
It was his instincts that had him tuning into in what was really on your mind. This had been going on for a while now and he finally had the courage to do something about it.
He knew that he wasn’t the only one who was entranced with you as he had caught Ivar looking at you too. Ivar would stare at you from his spot in the cafeteria as you would sit alone and hide away. He hated it.
They both looked at each other for a moment before Bucky finally got off of his ass and went over to your spot. Ivar followed close behind on his crutches but let Bucky approach first.
You sat underneath a tall tree that was just outside the cafeteria doors on campus that was your own personal solace. There was a light breeze that day and you welcomed the feeling of the sun on your face. You breathed in the air, content to be alone.
You heard the sounds of footsteps first before the clamps of Ivar’s crutches hitting the ground. They were both quicker than you were so there wasn’t any time to get away before they approached. That didn’t stop you from trying.
You gathered up your books just as Bucky approached. You looked up at his pretty stormy eyes that glowed in the afternoon light and he was absolutely beautiful. You stared at him for a moment before returning to your task of trying to leave.
“(Y/N)?”
You didn’t answer him, just tried to get away from them both.
“I’m just leaving. I’ll talk to you later.” You rushed out before leaving them both behind.
****
Ivar saw the Snapchat first while Bucky laid his head on his stomach. He frowned a bit at the picture, seeing you with your supposed boyfriend and you didn’t look all that comfortable.
“Bucky?”
“Hmm?” Bucky asked, muffled by the sweater that Ivar was wearing.
“Look.”
He showed Bucky the photo and he had the same face that Ivar wore. But he sighed a bit and took Ivar’s phone away.
“It’s not our business, love. She’s not being hurt.”
“But-”
“No, Ivar. There’s nothing we can do right now.”
Ivar leaned back against the pillow and knew that Bucky was right. There wasn’t anything that they could do for you right now until they saw the signs.
His fingers weaved through Bucky’s hair and he wished that you were here right now. You would be happy here and not with the crowd of people that he knew you were uncomfortable with.
He just wanted you to come home.

A/N: I've decided that I’ll be updating this on Tuesdays and Fridays! after this series is over, there will be another short series, two to three parts, about Alex! Stay tuned for that!
You didn't show up. Both Ivar and Bucky were waiting at the library with their history books opened so you three could study together for the midterm happening next week. You never missed a study date.
Bucky checked his phone and his leg kept bumping against the underside of the table as his nerves were getting to him. They were both worried about you.
Ubbe came in through the library, looking frantic as his eyes searched for his brother and his boyfriend. He found them and approached their table, causing both men to tune into Ubbe's panic.
"What is it?" Ivar asked his brother.
"You both need to come with me. It's (Y/N)."
They both stood up quicker than they probably should have, their books almost forgotten on the table as they followed Ubbe from the library to Björn's dorm room.
Ubbe knocked three times and it took a few seconds for the door to open to reveal Björn. He moved out of the way and Ivar's other brothers were in the room as well. They moved out of the way to see that there was a sleeping form covered in the sheets of the bed.
"What happened to her?" Bucky asked, breaking the silence.
"I think she should be the one to tell you." Ubbe spoke.
"She doesn't need to remember." Sigurd retorted.
"She'll have to. This will be part of her life for a while now." Björn snapped.
Your form stirred in the bed for a moment before you slowly opened your eyes to see all of your friends in the room. You smiled a little, forgetting what had happened.
"Turns out the death of Ragnar wasn't the only thing to bring the sons of Ragnar together." You joked a little.
All eyes turned to you as you shut your eyes once more before trying to sit up, causing the pain to strike along your side. Ubbe noticed first and rushed to your side, closely followed by Bucky.
"Slow down, little one. I still think we should take you to a hospital."
"No." You mumbled. "No hospital. They'll know."
Ivar moved himself to the edge of the bed and set his crutches down on the floor by his feet. He looked at you and how paler you looked. Dark rings were around your eyes and the only real color left on your face was a nasty bruise that was fading on your neck. He gingerly touched it with his fingers, making you wince.
"What happened to you? He hurt you, didn't he?" Ivar asked, finding himself getting angry.
"Ivar." Bucky soothed, trying to calm his boyfriend down.
"We'll give you guys a few minutes." Bjorn said and escorted the others out of the room, leaving you three alone.
Once you were alone, you laid back down in the bed and sighed a bit, looking at the wall. Bucky's fingers stroked your hair in a calming manner while Ivar's fingers drummed impatiently on his thighs.
"I'm sorry I kept it from you for so long. I know you two never liked him or his friends. I should have listened." You spoke softly, feeling the emotion rising up in your throat.
"Whatever it is, it is not your fault." Bucky spoke gently.
"It is my fault. I should have come home. I should have come home to you two."
Ivar climbed over the expanse of the bed and laid his head on your stomach as your fingers found his hair.
"We'll protect you from him. He won't ever touch you again. He won't even look at you." Ivar promised, venom dripping from his words.
"Now, (Y/N), tell me where I can find this coward." Bucky asked, a wicked grin crossing across his features.

Summary: Bucky and Ivar have been friends with you for a while and as the senior year of university is starting to close, they come upon the realization that your vibes are changing, and not in a good way.
Bucky and Ivar followed you around like puppies afterwards. If it wasn't them, then it was one of Ivar's brothers. Someone was always with you to make sure that he wouldn't come around again.
You didn't exactly know what Bucky and Ivar did to him but you had many possibilities imagined. The three of you grew closer because of that and soon the end of the year came around too quickly.
You hadn't fully recovered from the trauma but you were on your way to feeling better. You and Ivar were sitting in the front row of the bleachers, watching the final of the football game as Bucky was the quarterback of the university team.
Ivar was donning Bucky's jersey proudly and you wore one of Ivar's sweaters from his closet. He still thought that you looked absolutely beautiful.
His fingers were resting on his thigh and he was very slowly moving his fingers towards yours so he could entwine them together. But every time he tried, you would move away to eat some popcorn or move some hair out of your face.
"Hey, it's intermission. You want anything from the stand?"
You were looking at Ivar but he wasn't fully processing what you were asking him until you smiled at him and nudged him.
"Earth to Ivar."
He blinked a few times.
"Huh?"
You laughed a little.
"You dork. Do you want anything from the stand?"
"No but I'll come with you anyways."
He got his crutches up and he followed you out into the main area where all the food was. You got some caramel popcorn for you both and some for Bucky after the game. You nudged Ivar playfully as you sat back down and rested you head against his shoulder.
He carefully placed his arm around your waist to bring you closer.
"Are you feeling okay?" He asked gently, not wanting to upset you.
You looked up at his beautiful eyes and smiled easily at him.
"Yeah. I'm okay. I got you and Bucky. I don't need anything else."
In that moment, he wanted to kiss you. He looked at how there was a subtle glow of your skin but it could have been because of the lights in the stadium. Either way, you were beautiful, too beautiful for words.
His eyes flickered down to your lips for a moment and you noticed. You knew that he and Bucky cared for you but you never knew just how much. Now you did, but what did Bucky feel?
"Ivar?"
"Hmm?"
"I..."
You weren't sure how to word this. You didn't want to ruin Ivar and Bucky's relationship and you weren't even sure if this would work out. You had already been hurt and you didn't want to be hurt again.
"I love you, (Y/N). I don't have much else to give."
You looked at him, speechless. Maybe it was the lights of the stadium or the dimming light of the sunset but he looked like an angel. Unable to resist anymore, you pressed your lips to his, reveling in the softness of his lips.
You pulled back first, surprised at what you had done. Panic flashed in Ivar's eyes when you looked at him with uncertainty. He didn't want to be rejected from you. It would crush him.
"(Y/N), we'll never hurt you."
"I'm sorry. I need to go."
Just like at the tree, Ivar watched you go and picked up the bag of caramel popcorn from the empty seat beside him.

Summary: Bucky and Ivar have been friends with you for a while and as the senior year of university is starting to close, they come upon the realization that your vibes are changing, and not in a good way.
Graduation came too quickly and soon you were out celebrating with drinks with your friends. The drinks buzzed you plenty and it made you feel absolutely amazing. You did stand outside on the balcony to get some fresh air to make sure that you wouldn’t faint.
You leaned back and rubbed the back of your neck, relieving some of the pressure there. You sighed happily with the alcohol in your veins and the dopamine that came from your boys and the hickeys that were hidden under layers of foundation and concealer.
Your boys. That thought alone brought a smile to your face. You caught your lower lip between your teeth and you remembered the gentle touches and the kisses littered across your skin. They hadn’t done anything sexual yet, just touching and kissing. You respected their restraint because of the still fading memories that lingered in your mind.
You looked at the lights lining the streets and enjoyed the beautiful moment for a while. You felt a hand trail down the back of your neck and tracing your spine.
“I thought clubs weren’t your scene.”
“You’re the exception.”
You turned and looked at how Ivar who still managed to look good, even with his crutches. His killer smirk was something that never failed to make a faint blush rise to your cheeks.
“Do you want to sit?”
“No. I’ll be fine.”
“Ivar, don’t be stubborn.”
You pulled out a chair from the side and pushed it in front of him to sit. He did sit down and put his crutches on the floor in front of him, sighing in relief.
“Better?” You asked.
“Yes.”
You very carefully sat on his lap, careful not to hurt his legs from the pressure of your body. His arm encircled your form as he looked at you while you looked at him.
“What do you plan to do with your new freedom?” He asked, drawing small circles on your waist.
“I’m not sure yet. I don’t know what I want to do with it. What about you?”
“With history, Vikings specifically? I could go anywhere. I did get a job offer in Denmark to study there. There’s a lot of history stored in Europe.”
“Did you tell Bucky?”
“Yeah. He’s going with me, if I decide to go.”
“That’s wonderful, Ivar! I’m sure you’ll go far.”
You turned sad, knowing that you wouldn’t really see him again for a long time if nothing happened. He caught onto your emotion and started kissing your neck.
“I love you, (Y/N). I want you to be happy.”
“I want you to be happy too. Is it your dream?”
“I don’t know. I can’t see my life without you and Bucky.”
“Neither can I.”
To be honest, that thought scared you. You didn’t know what to do with your life at the moment. Maybe taking some time would figure it all out. Right now, all you wanted was your boys.
“You’re very pretty, Ivar.”
You gently trailed your fingers across his jaw and giggled a little. The conversation had sobered you up and now the alcohol was taking effect again.
“I think I should take you home.”
“Ooh, very forward, son of Ragnar.” You teased him.
“I’ll call Bucky. He’ll give us a ride.”
“Ride on his-”
“Shh, woman. You are insufferable.”
You snuggled into his side and finally for the first time in a long time, you felt content, getting good vibes.

Bucky noticed something was wrong. Ivar was watching the ceiling and not very interested in how Bucky wanted to celebrate winning the championship. Bucky climbed up his boyfriend's body and made him look at him.
"What's occupying your mind? I'm trying to give you a blowjob here."
Ivar perused his lips and still was able to feel the press of your lips against his. He sighed a bit.
"I think I've messed up."
"What do you mean?"
"She...she just looked so beautiful and I couldn't help it. I kissed her and she got up and left."
"At the game?"
"Yeah. She hasn't been talking to me at all and graduation is next week."
Bucky laid beside Ivar and sighed a bit.
"Let me talk to her tomorrow. She's probably just scared."
"But-"
"Shh. I will take care of it. Now, just lie there and enjoy the blowjob, you little shit."
****
You were sitting underneath the tree for one of the last times you would be able to before you would be off this campus forever. It brought a sadness to your heart to leave a place that brought so many memories to your mind, both bad and good ones. It didn't matter. This had been your home for the past four years and you loved it.
You heard the shoes first before you knew who it was. You turned your head slightly and then knew who it was. You knew the vibe.
"Hello, James."
"Ooh, first name. Am I in trouble?" He teased as he sat down beside you.
You looked over at him and smiled a little, feeling a little bit guilty for hiding your kiss with Ivar for as long as you had.
"No. I just wanted to call you James."
He looked at you with his gorgeous eyes and you felt something simmer in your heart and deep in the pit of your stomach just from the color of his eyes.
"I have to tell you something, doll. It's about Ivar."
You stiffened a bit at the sound of his name and many possibilities swam through your mind. Did he know? Was he going to never speak to you again?
"Oh? What about Ivar?" You attempted to act innocent, even tucking the stray piece of hair behind your ear.
Bucky saw that movement and followed it, even looking at your lips for a moment before looking back at your eyes.
"He told me about the kiss at the game. He hates that you're not speaking to him."
You looked away from Bucky's gaze as you did not want him to look at you with anger from kissing his boyfriend. You swallowed a bit and looked at the grass under your feet.
"I'm sorry. He told me he loved me and I..." You sighed a bit.
"Doll, I'm not mad. I'm glad he actually grew some balls."
"What?" You looked at him in surprise.
"We've both been pining after you for a while now. I'm surprised that Ivar's brothers haven't told you. Then, your whole ex thing happened so we had to back off to make sure you felt better. To be honest, we still don't know how you really feel about it so we're-"
You couldn't help it. His rambling was cute so you pressed your lips to his to shush him. You did break it first to breathe.
"You talk too much sometimes, James. I just don't want to mess up what you and Ivar have. I know you two are in love. I don't want to be a home wrecker."
He laughed a bit and practically brought you into his lap to keep you close.
"Trust me, you're not a home wrecker. We both want you."
Bucky's head nuzzled into your neck and started pressing small kisses onto your skin, making you giggle a bit.
"James!" You shrieked a bit when he picked you up.
He held you close and let you rest on his toes as you tried to match his height. He leaned down and kissed you again, moaning slightly. He did break this one and grinned at you.
