well, finnick was the one who actually popped the question, but annie had to do some hardcore hintdropping to get him to that point
Who stressed more over wedding planning:
neither of them really ever cared. it was their families who did most of the stressing; they would have just been happy with a simple ceremony on the beach
Who decorated the house:
they did it together, but it was a gradual think: a piece of furniture here, some wall decor there.
Who does the cooking:
annie, because just because finnick can catch the food, doesn't mean he can cook it
Who does the cleaning:
finnick! because he's useless in the kitchen and gets in the way of annie's cooking if he doesn't have something to do

finnick surprisingly; annie's a lot more whimsical and go with the flow
