For the past week and a half, I've hated this body. I've hated this person. I've hated what she's done, her mindset, her willingness to give up. But today that hatred stops. Today I looked in the mirror and I saw my body for what it is. Strength. Power. Resilience. So what if I overate for my birthday. So what if I've gotten a bit fluffy. So what if _______ (so many reasons) I'm strong. I'm capable. And goddammit, I'm going to utilize the extra calories! Leg day today was a good day! I felt strong and confident.
