the fun thing about les mis 98 is the plot is so bastardized that you can do whatever you want with it. like valjean loves fantine romantically and slaps cosette in the face, marius is The Revolutionary (this is why i don’t know anything about les amis, their names aren’t even SAID), eponine and azelma don’t exist but gavroche does, javert is The Bad Policeman and everyone else is normal, nothing has the same name except for paris, digne, and the *main* characters.

so if those old men make out sloppy you’re only so far from the line lm98 has drawn. blasphemy is only defined by the bible’s contents
