i am not, by any way, a sensitive person. i am not fragile or delicate. despite what i feel like when my anxiety or depression is acting up, i know this about myself. i am emotional, but i am not sensitive or easily hurt.

that being said as much as it literally hurts to admit, when my brain is doing its bullshit, i may possibly need to be handled a little more gently. not necessarily coddled, but gently.
