the fact that some people ever make anyone feel bad about their looks, their own bodies, is unfathomable to me still. believing anything other than "people's bodies are their own and not even slightly my business, everybody is allowed to be equally confident always and no one should ever feel shame over their literal bodies" is insane to me.

you want people to be ashamed. of their bodies. there are people out there who will say shit like "weLl Be rEAlisTiC", as if someone could objectively be uglier than someone else and should feel some kind of humbleness about it???? are you deranged???? the fact that as a society we have been ranking people's bodies boggles my mind infinitely.

and i've suffered a lot because of it and i just think it's the stupidest least justifiable thing ever. that's someone's BODY. like their literal OWN body. that's a HUMAN PERSON. you're telling me they should feel BAD about their BODY that is their OWN? perhaps even aspire to whatever idea of beauty you have??? respectfully are you perhaps out of your goddamn mind?????
