Poor Yan Lin, totally forgotten because of the babies! *dramatic swoon* the only justice to be had is a daddy-daughter date!
DBK double checks the spell he used to change his appearance. He now in a more human form, and resembles Red Son in his unglamoured form, just with purple-ish fur, and long hair in a top knot along with a short-ish beard. Along with some casual clothing.
(No armor and pants were interesting. He got some recommendations from Red Son.)
He made sure Yan Lin had seen him transform so that she wouldn't be confused or scared when she sees him.
PIF watches her husband, pick up Yan Lin and make sure to grab his phone, "Have fun on you day out you 2. Call for Crim or one of the Bull Clones if you need a hand." She gives each of them a kiss before they leave.
DBK hadn't been sure where to take Yan Lin, but consulting the Dragon Girl had at least given some suggestions. There was a bakery cafe place near the mall, lovely place and the pictures interested Yan Lin when shown.
But because of how popular the place was it needed a reservation... and as tempting as it would be to threaten the staff, there were a few places in the mall that would also interest his Darling Daughter.
So he got a reservation for a bit later, and DBK let Yan Lin 'lead the way' around for a bit from his shoulders. DBK spotted one of the potential places Mei had mentioned. Yan Lin immediately wanted to go in.
And thankfully the store didn't have many other customers. Easier to let Yan Lin to look around.
"Welcome to Build-a-Buddy. Are you looking for anything in particular?" A young worker greets.
DBK shook his head, and walks around letting Yan Lin look at the options, "Which one do you want my Princess?" He asks while walking past the displays of plush toy options.
Yan Lin leans forward when they past a set of different colored monkey plushes, "Pum, Pech, and Mmnk!"
DBK chuckles, "Yes, they do look like them, but do you want these ones?"
Yan Lin pauses before replying, "No. Keep lookin." DBK walks a bit more before she points at one with an excited noice, "That one!"
DBK follows where she's pointing to see what looks very much like a cat plush of his Wife, "Are you sure?" He asks. Yan Lin nods, "Alright then."
DBK drops slightly to get the unstuffed cat, and they bring it to the worker at the stuffing station.
"Hey there. You ready to start?" The young lady asks toward Yan Lin as DBK puts her down.
Yan Lin nods.
The worker instructs Yan Lin to press on the pedal to stuff the toy and then on the 'ritual' to put a little heart or charm into the plush. (There was an offer for a voice, noise or music boxes, but Yan Lin didn't want one.)
Once that was done Yan Lin carried the cat over to the clothes and 'wash stations' DBK follows and watches as she goes around the displays and 'judges' the clothes. She finds an outfit that looked similar to PIFs more formal attire, along with a hair piece and crown set.
"Do you want to get anymore clothes for your toy? You can have more than one outfit." DBK says, very much willing to spoil her. That lead to Yan Lin quickly going around and grabbing other clothes, accessories, shoes, and then she found little sets of objects for different themes.
She found a toy fan, specifically one that looked like PIFs fan, and grabbed it to add to her hoard along with a few other things.
After Yan Lin was happy with her choices, DBK helped her dress the cat in the first outfit along with the fan, before asking if she wanted to make an 'adoption certificate'. She declined and they head to the checkout desk.
"Wow. That's quite alot of stuff. Give me a second to ring this up. Would you like to carry your cat, or would you like a box to carry it in?" The worker asks. Yan Lin shakes her head, and squeezes the cat plush, "Okay then."
After quite a bit of time everything was rung up bagged. DBK didn't really pay much attention to the price of everything, he just pays using his phone like he was shown by Red Son.
DBK picks up Yan Lin with plush, and grabs the large bags of stuff, "Alright, it's almost time for our reservation. Let's head over there." He says leaving the store. Yan Lin waves with a bye-bye to the workers.
As they head toward the cafe DBK called for Crim to take the bags home, this caught some attention, but he ignored it in favor or keeping Yan Lin excited.
The Cafe staff did do a slight double take when he entered, but then again not many were used to the visage of a tall ripped humanoid Bull Demon with a little girl in his arms, telling them he had a reservation for Niu Yan Lin. (Yes he had it done in her name, she is the focus of this visit, other than the treats.)
Once seated DBK showed Yan Lin what kinds of cakes or treats were on the menu. She pointed at a few that he described.
Yan Lin very much loved the treats, both savory and sweet.
They left with little fanfare from DBKs perspective, and headed to one last stop. A large playground area that DBK let Yan Lin a little loose in. He did keep watch of her, and made sure she was okay.
They returned home, with Yan Lin pretty much out of energy, but happy.
PIF found the cat plush adorable if a bit endearing.
"We will have to see if one of the others can build a small closet or wardrobe for all those little outfits." PIF says as they put Yan Lin down for a little nap before making dinner together.
[I had a slight 'she doesn't have any relatives with kids her age' conversation between DBK and someone else, but dropped it because I couldn't quite fit it in]

Spider Queen would be offended that she can’t scare him, even with his arachnophobia still being a factor.
LBD wouldn’t particularly care as him being scared of her makes no difference to her end goal, though it does make it more difficult to manipulate him.
Azure is just stunned, questioning how bad could those stories have been, he’s more shocked to find out that Macaque and Wukong were a couple at one point.
Similarly to the stupid prejudice against Monkey Demons, because of Sun Wukong, a number of Bovine Demons left the area for the actions of DBK and the Brother in charge of the abortion water.
What’s the family’s reaction to seeing the pregnancy photoshoot photos?
DBK and Iron Fan thought they were beautiful, and asked to borrow Crim for family photos.
Wukong thought they were pretty, though wished they had done some pictures on FFM. Macaque quietly mentioned that he heard some more opportunities in the future, just not when. Or for who.
Pigsy and Tang had different opinions, but were just glad that they had wonderful pictures of MK while pregnant. Especially ones that wouldn't look odd if put up in the Shop.
Mei asked what pictures were they Not going to see. Because if these were pretty, those must be gorgeous... she's not wrong. (She also tried to Geoguesser the pictures to try finding the Hideout... it didn't work.)
Bei He and the Twins agreed they were all pretty.
Sandy liked them, and asked if they could do something for the cats. He had been fostering/training some, and wanted to take some updated pictures.
Nezha asked for just digital copies, because he didn't want physical copies for others to find. He thought they were nice, and just glad they weren't more "indecent".
(Guanyin and Erlang weren't able to get them until after the birth for stupid time dilation reasons)

Maybe Tang having a custom 'I/We(gay colors) didn't make My/Our Adopted Son(Trans colors maybe) Gay. He came like that.' shirt. Pigsy has a matching one.

There's a lot going on in the Bull Family, have they heard anything from DBK's parents or his brother Immortal Ruyi? How about from PIF's family in the Celestial realm, have any of them mended fences and come to see the baby?
It's hard to mend fences across a large canyon that also has many burnt bridges from both ends.
Plus many of the rest of the Bull Family is a bit scared of Wukong, or just mad at him. And while Immortal Ruyi would want to reach out for Yan Lin and MKs pregnancy he's got a slight 'justified' fear of the Monkey King so he's a bit hesitant to do more than send a message and possibly request a visit.
As for Iron Fans Family, they're still being a bit petty about her abandoning the Celestial Realm to Marry and have children with DBK. So while there might be someone who wants to reach out, it's a bit hard to get a message sent between Realms. Especially with the Time Dilation making it even harder.
Thought at least members of DBKs family actually sent gifts so they definitely have a better chance at things getting better.
[There are some possible characters I want to look up to see if they would work first. Like how in kyri45's story she had that War God blacksmith who was a relative of DBKs.
I also don't want to juggle a bunch of OC family members that will probably only be brought in for a bit, and only be vaguely mentioned when they're remembered.]
