my monster design for otto is kinda goblin-like because that's what i think of when I see him, lol

I'll admit I was not expecting his cannon design to like the way it does, but honestly, it's not that bad, I actually think it's fitting :3 we just had unfairly high standards for this guy. but if you're gonna look at a picture of him, I think this one is the best

personally, I think during the events of tson he's at least 35 yrs old. And I think otto's obsession with finding her has been most of his life, before getting into phycology and passing off the bizarre childhood memories of how his sister went missing as some kind of trauma response. then he finds Noone and relapses :3
