YES! This fight was so much fun!
In case it’s not obvious, I have the same usual group I play with. This fight was awesome because it feels like the culmination of the skills we’ve built up together as a team. Earlier myself and @cephalon-artaise & @cephalon-celaeno practiced with some combinations of warframes and weapons to try and increase our efficiency and test out some theories. The information we gained is truly to thank for this success! @skaiandestiny kept us accompanied with Eidolon Lures as much as possible, and I tried to provide some places to hide from danger while we poured shots into the Eidolon’s weak points. Compared to our first few attempts, this fight went by quickly to the final stages, and even though it was really difficult, it was satisfying as hell to take it down. We got some great rewards as well, though I was for some reason the only one to obtain the actual achievement.
DAY OF THE DEAD 2017
LN2-AATU “ANISIM TITUS”
MOIST VON LIPWIG
Anisim enjoying the sunlight, backdropped by the Unum that dominates the skyline by Cetus. Gonna post some of my screenshots that have Anisim in them in the near future, but I’m trying to space out posts a little. I keep forgetting to queue things.
Eventually I’ll get the Captura scene of the Plains (none for Cetus unfortunately) and then I won’t have to bother with turning off the HUD or getting attacked by enemies. Until then I’ll just be very dogged with my pistol in the effort for taking breathtaking pictures at my own peril.
Plains of Eidolon
I had a really good time on this mission with my friends, so I took a picture to commemorate the occasion. We beat up some sentients, kicked the Stalker’s ass so hard he probably cried all the way back to whatever lair he hangs out in, and did some challenge rooms together, including one I’ve never done before (thank you skaianDestiny!). Only did two missions together but I feel really good now; this week has been kinda rough for me emotionally.
@skaiandestiny @howl-to-believe @cephalon-celaeno thank you all for inviting me to play with you!
[Kouki can’t stand to think of losing him now. His loneliness begs him to try.]
“Anisim, it’s not a flaw, you’re not flawed. I keep trying to tell you this, pal, these “flaws” you’re talking about are the reason I think- no, know- that you’re a person. You’re not a f*ckin’ robot. I don’t know what sort of things they’ve filled your head up with but it ain’t true.”
“No...I do not believe you. The Corpus created me. I am bound by precepts, not duties. I exist to serve my masters.”
“Then why are you here? With me? You want to go back so bad, kill me now and go. But I know you won’t, because you like me, and you’re curious, and the outside world is beautiful to you. You’re always saying it. I know you want to find out. You hate feeling like there’s something wrong with you, and you want me to be right.”
[Anisim wants to believe him. He thinks of Earth and longs to feel the sun.]
Ansim knew he had to adapt or risk being left behind. He had never been in control of his own life before, but the pressing need to change forced him to overcome hesitation. In some way, he wanted to think he was still Corpus. But, he needed the Lotus to trust him. He needed the Tenno to trust him. To build reputation, he turned his sights on Cetus. To establish commerce with the people of Cetus, connect with the Tenno, prove his worth to the Lotus. To become...
