Remember Me Loading Screen: Showcase your Sim's Moments PT2
As an add on to the first loading screen, we wanted to create something inspired by those family oriented Sims. Combining those precious memories on the family bulletin board was an obvious choice and we love the result. We hope you do too!
For a full introduction to this project, I'd recommend you read the first post HERE.
The image featured on the loading screen pulls directly from your Sims 4 Screenshots gallery, so you never forget those precious moments. This loading screen also features a real loading bar, but in a new and exciting form. The segments of the family bulletin board timer light up according to the load progress - so you can know exactly how long it is before you can jump back in to your favourite household.
And of course, for users who take pictures with external programs (like Reshade/GShade), we have created The Sims 4 Screenshot Converter so that you can display those perfectly orchestrated photos, too.
How Do I Use the Conversion Tool?
(NOTE: This process is NOT necessary if you do NOT take photos with reshade/gshade or are editing them in some other way.)
Open up the web app here
Click the upload button, and select which of your screenshots you'd like to display
Wait a moment for the screenshots to convert. This may take some time depending on how many you've uploaded.
Download the images by pressing the 'Download Converted Images' button and open them up.
Open your Sims 4 screenshots folder. This can be found by following this file path: C:\Users\{Your Username}\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Screenshots
Drag or extract the downloaded images into your Sims 4 screenshots folder.
And done! The loading screen will now correctly display your images.

NOTE: 24/04/2026 // For those having issue with the website versions, its likely a storage issue caused by too much traffic. If you get an error, either upload in smaller batches OR download the new program we've created below which has 0 storage constraints. More about this in this post.
How Do I Use The Screenshot Converter Program?
TLDR: Basically the same as you did the website version.
^^ Personally, I would recommend downloading the program over using the web version for ease of access and reliability.
Download the program linked below or in the original post.
Extract the zip file once its been downloaded.
Click into the extracted folder, and run the 'Sims 4 Screenshot Converter' program.
NOTE: You might get a windows popup telling you this program is unsafe. We've attempted to disable this but to no avail. It is 100% safe though!
It may take a second to load up upon first launch. It'll open the Windows Console screen, but this is just it initialising.
Once the program has opened up, click on the 'Upload' button and select the screenshots you wish to convert.
Wait a moment for them to upload and then press the 'Convert' button once it appears blue.
If balloons appear - you've successfully converted them! These screenshots will be available in a 'Converted Screenshots' folder within the program folder.
Drag these screenshots from the 'Converted Screenshots' folder to your Sims 4 Screenshots folder. You can find that by following this file path: C:\Users\{Your Username}\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Screenshots
How Do I Use the Loading Screen?
Download the file below and put it in your Sims 4 mods folder
This can be found by following this file path: C:\Users\{Your Username}\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods
WARNING: There can only be ONE loading screen in this folder at any time. Make sure this is the only one in there!
If you DO NOT intend on putting external screenshots in your game (from programs like GShade or Reshade etc) - you're good to go. Just open the game and enjoy seeing your Sims moments as you load!
Note: There must be screenshots already in your folder for this to load them.
If you DO intend on putting external screenshots in your game - follow the 'How Do I Use the Conversion Tool?' tutorial above
That's it!
Terms Of Use:
Please do not redistribute the original files.
Editing of the loading screen for personal use is fully permitted.
If you want to share a new version using our code, please credit so we can see it!
Never put any mod based on this behind a paywall / early access.
