Yeah, I’m okay now. They checked out after demanding for my name and saying how excited they were to talk to my manager tomorrow.

Thankfully I was in contact with my manager several times tonight and she could tellI was crying. Thankfully? There were a few times where I was hardcore freeze blanking. God, what awful, shitty people.

also with adhd here, and what i do when i hit a wall is try to learn a new weapon and grind a bit more. i mastered dual blades first bc they have only a small range of inputs and weapons with too much shit going on are hard for me to focus on. and of course some weapons are better/worse on each monster so... yeah and for learning a new weapon i personally avoid the arena training and do a low rank kut ku hunt-a-thon and yeah dual blades are great for impatient players (me included) because of the speed so hastiness can be rewarded but also they are easy to dodge with if you rush into a Big Mistake also for adhd: if you're like me and sometimes need some extra stimulus to focus, occasionally i play music or podcasts in the background

i like it a lot but ive got trouble w/ focusing on the monster tells & timing & things like that b/c of my wicked adhd... do u have any tips for that, or shud i just come to grips with the fact i will always suck lol

oh i;’ve definitely got similar issues lmao, i have trouble understanding and remembering specific tells + sometimes it feels like there is Too Much happening on screen and my brain cannot handle it and process it all at once. it’s still something i struggle to deal with, with games in general

i don’t know if i really have any specific advice other than, um... maybe try to take it kind of slowly? i generally tend to hunt better when i wait more and be more patient, though that’s usually easier said than done because often i get really excited and just rush in anyways and then the big owl eats my entire face :’)

i don’t feel like this is terribly helpful advice and i’m sorry about that
