Bohol is often referred to as the Jewel of the Philippines. It is an extremely diverse island, but the Chocolate Hills are probably Bohol's most famous tourist attraction. They are considered one of Philippine's natural wonders. They are made of limestone left over from coral reefs during the Ice Age when the island was submerged. They turn brown during the summer making them look like chocolate mounds.
Travel across this beautiful island in less than 3 minutes. Visit the beaches in the south, the Loboc River, the Mag‑Aso Falls and of course the Chocolate Hills.

It was told by locals that typhoon Odette submerged Loboc under ruthless flood, including this church that stood beside Loboc River. Everything in the altar was wet but Guadalupe de Extremadura remained miraculously dry.
Me: Isang buwan kami bago nakabangon sa bagyong Frank, kung hindi pa kami tinulungan ng MMDA noon, ni Bayani Fernando.
Manong Driver: Isang buwan?! Ang tagal!
What's their timeline in Bohol and Eastern Visayas in getting up and moving on? If one month was too much of a burden for us, what about them?
Guadalupe de Extremadura, pray for us!
