Erzincan Soup

Erzincan Soup Ingredients Olive oil 1 medium onion 2 tablespoons tomato slices 1 water glass of green lentils 2 tablespoon rice bulgur 1 water glass of noodles 5 – 6 cups water Salt Black pepper Dry Reyhan

Boil the lentils in a saucepan and strain the water and take the sides.

Cut your onions into small cubes.

Take your tender to the oven and heat it with olive oil. Start to fry the onions with the warm tanned, then add tomato paste and continue to fry until the salty smell.

Add lentils, bulgur, and sauces that you have cooked and add water. Sweetened with salt and pepper, cooked to boil noodles and bulgur cooked.

Before buying it from the oven, add the dry rice and serve it hot.
