The House of Secrets (13-Point Quality)
This building is somewhere. Finding it for the first time is the hard part, but if you manage to survive finding the House of Secrets, it makes a wonderful headquarters. Because it is always Somewhere, going there can allow the user to go anywhere else on the planet. All that's needed is a key.
With a key to the place, a person can enter the house of Secrets and use its many pathways to go elsewhere. They can enter any sufficiently ‘spooky’ area and go there, and you can pop out in any other sufficiently spooky area. This can be good for getting where you need to go, though you need to pass an Intelligence and Occultism test to get the destination right (difficulties set by the Director, run it like Blink rules). However, it can dump you out into dangerous places – like swamps full of alligators, or a nest of vampires.
And the place itself is full of tokens of murder and mayhem, and if you’re not careful, you may just end up among them.
