Zapier Comes to Lockbin
We’re excited to announce that Zapier integrations have come directly to the Lockbin control panel! With Zapier, you can receive Lockbin notifications in useful and convenient ways. No longer will you be tied to an email notification when important messages arrive, or if your web form is filled, or when you get a response to an information request.
Premium and Enterprise Lockbin users will find Zapier integrations on the main menu, beneath “Integrations.”
Thanks to Zapier, there are hundreds of ways you can integrate Lockbin notifications into your daily life. For example, if you’re anything like the Lockbin Development Team, you spend a lot of time on Slack. Use the Lockbin Slack integration to receive notifications of important Lockbin messages in your favorite Slack channel.

Sending Secure Messages From Outlook to Anyone
Lockbin.com is a secure messaging service that simplifies communicating with your patients and clients. Lockbin was built from the ground-up on a FIPS validated cryptolibrary, with all user data on the server encrypted.
An add-in for MS Outlook conveniently brings the Lockbin web services to your Windows desktop. From inside Outlook, you can compose secure email messages and files, email secure requests for information, and receive responses from your website securely.
The Lockbin Add-in is designed for MS Outlook 2017, 2013, 2010 and 2007. It is free, and can be downloaded from Lockbin.com.
Lockbin does not require recipients to download any special software. Strong encryption and a secure TLS connection allows recipients to conveniently access your message and file attachments over a web browser. Lockbin forces the recipients browser to use only the strongest encryption, rejecting requests for insecure connections, and utilizing perfect forward secrecy.

Message Compliance Feature Now Active on Lockbin
Lockbin is a great way for your staff to communicate privately with just about anyone. Lockbin stores messages in an encrypted state until the recipient is authenticated and able to retrieve the message.
At the request of customers who are in industries with message compliance requirements, we have added a new feature to Lockbin that allows an administrator to view messages sent and received by sub-users through the Lockbin platform.
For example, lets say that I have created a Lockbin account for my 10 employees (also called sub-users). My master Lockbin account pays for all 10 users, and I assign the the Lockbin user accounts (or slots) to the 10 people on my team. I am required to keep tabs on the information my employees are sending through Lockbin, so I am going to turn on the feature that will copy me on all Lockbin messages sent by and to my employees.
To activate this feature, I log into my master Lockbin.com account, and select Account > Settings,
then I scroll down the page to find “BCC sub-user mail,” and place a check in the box.
Now all Lockbin messages that my employees send or receive are copied to my BCC inbox.
This compliance feature is now available to all Lockbin customers with a paid account, at no added cost. Please let us know how we can improve it to make it better suited for your needs.
