An open question to those who think officer Loehmann should have been indicted.
Why did officer Loehmann immediately retreat behind police cruiser after firing at Tamir Rice?
The only logical reason would be that he feared for his life. Wouldn’t this indicate that he fired in self-defense?
A reminder that Officer Timothy Loehmann was removed from another precinct. One who describe him as unfit and emotionally unstable. His previous supervisor said he should never be in law enforcement. He also scored a 46% on the written exam for his department…where a 70% is supposed to be a pass.
