Here’s What’s Happening in Tucson This Weekend.
It's another day of excessive heat so be careful out there. At least tomorrow and Sunday temperatures will drop to more appropriate levels, so plan your outdoor activities wisely. Remember too that the governor has a state-wide curfew still in effect until Monday. During this time no person is permitted to travel anywhere on foot or by vehicle between 8 pm and 5 am unless you are exempt. Read the official Emergency Declaration of the curfew here.
The local Real Estate market continues its incredibly fast pace with The Absorption Rate dropping to 2.6 months. The current Sale to List Price Ratio is now 97.3%, and the Sold Days on Market stands at just over 40 days. If you are thinking of buying or selling your home and have questions, or would like to discuss how these indicators could affect your real estate plans, we are happy to help you.
Warm Regards...Ann, Ron, Corilynn, Desiree and Shelly

Tomorrow is National Trails Day. Check this local guide for the top 10 hiking trails around Tucson. Take a walk in person while keeping socially distant or take a virtual one. Sunscreen, water, and moderation advised!
There are nearly 50 golf courses in Southern AZ and most all are open. Golf etiquette is different now with individual carts or walking suggested, inverted holes, pins always in, no water stations on the courses, etc. You can have a safe round of golf, just don't tee off when its 105 outside!
Farmers markets are continuing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday across Tucson. Given the extreme heat, Saturday or Sunday morning would be the days to plan for.
