Chocolate Strawberries for him
A recipe by mushroommlm
What you'll need:
Lots of chocolate. Like five to eight aero bars, or any solid chocolate if you don't live in Canada
A quart of strawberries (I just use ones from the supermarket)
A saucepan and metal or ceramic bowl large enough to sit on top of the saucepan steadily
Stirring tools
A pan or plate
Parchment or foil
you can also add little marshmallows or decorations if you'd like!
Recipe:
Bring lots of water and put it in the saucepan.
Put the saucepan on the stovetop on high heat
Place the bowl on top
Break your chocolate up and dump it in da bowl
Thoroughly wash, and if you want, destem your strawberries while the chocolate melts
Stir your chocolate occasionally until fully melted
Once melted and smooth, remove from heat and remember that you're lovely
Line a pan or plate with parchment or foil
Dip the clean strawberries into the chocolate, making sure they're dried beforehand so it doesn't slip off
Place on the pan or plate and repeat until all strawberries are chocolatey
Decorate if you wish
Refrigerate until set
Eat em!! Give em to someone! Theyre good for two or three days when refrigerated, but they never last that long haha
