Been hunting for timestamps for the wiki project, and I can't recall if or who this has been pointed out before (i feel like i've seen this exact point before. but also i can't recall specifics. am i imagining it? if anyone knows, send me a link!!) but:

Timestamp 00:02:32, Ava calls out from the radio. Her and Simon chat about the wires, risk of fire, test runs of the sub, etc.

Timestamp 00:03:45, Ava calls out the depth meter reaching the red range.

Timestamp 00:04:15, the radio goes out of range and the sub jostles when it reaches maximum depth.

That sure is roughly two minutes.

we did it. we mothereffing did it.

the image library thus far has been fully renamed, replaced, captioned and SEOd!! many thanks to @damienos , they've been a trooper with the whole process <3

and oh, just in time for us to add even more images AND videos. cus guess what, we have video hosting capabilities now!

besides the image file naming revamp, i've also been chipping away at other stuff throughout the project. helping out with graphic icons, doing editing and support body writing of the articles, uploading stuff into the site, whatever needs doing. just today i went through a part of our resident beast (Simon's pages) and that took, about six hours to review, correct and upload? almost seven? (do not say it)

it's gonna be a long journey but we're seeing some good progress, slow and steady! <3

bit of an onboard diary moment for me.

when i joined @ctrl-shift-alt-9's wiki project, there were over 250 images on the site editor counting the duplicates - which i've since trimmed down.

given the SEO implementation and the need to keep the images organized before we got severely overwhelmed with them (cus we have over 3k images files from static images to gifs), i went ahead and formatted a file naming standard to keep things clean.

which i then implemented by renaming each file by hand.

the format has the timestamp for any movie screenshots so we know exactly where that sucker comes from.

so i went in and pulled all the timestamps by hand.

now i'm going through the current pages on the site editor, replacing each image with the new names while adding SEO descriptions. by hand.

and i'm having the time of my life with it. my eyes are burning my tension headache is back literally don't save me i'm exactly where i want to be.

i did it. i finished replacing the images.

now i just need to, write the captions and SEO descriptions.
