Also if we are coming on that topic what about a proper one for Behula-Lokhindor?
Where neither Chand nor Monosha gets villified but just overreacting adults??
Amd not making Indra a douch too... Like he's a chill guy just there
And and and Neto gets to be the sassy sidekick because I haven't seen his face in ages (the only time I saw him was on a ssoftoon animation video)
Monosa's actions are understandable, even if they definitely aren't agreeable. Though, for Chand... IDK honestly. He's no villain, but he isn't the best of Mohadeb's bhoktos either... They're morally grey, and are supposed to be so. Both Monosa and Behula are said to be feminist characters, embodying different aspects of strong female characters.
Apparently, his whole shtick is that he will worship Shib and Shib only. So my idea is that Parboti reconciles with Monosa sometime before Her Quest, and gave her the idea of going after him.
You can't worship Shiv without Shakti, after all. So when Shib gives a vague statement like "Find the mortal who is my greatest devotee, and yet is riddled with faults. Convince him to worship you and all the Realms will acknowledge you as a true Goddess", Uma tells Monosa about Chand Sadagar.
Parboti was definitely surprised when Monosa asked Her about a way to bring the dead back to life, but Her curiosity was piqued as well. Now I don't know if Her telling Monosa about the Mahamrityunjay Mantra would be a better idea, or Monosa just marching down to Jomlok and practically strangling Jom with a Nagpash (And hence being called "Jomer Jom")
Frankly, I don't even know what Neto's gender is... But we can have him as the sidekick everyone loves, and maybe the living form of the Nagpash too? I wonder how the rest of the Nagas feel about Neto?
Indra's Court thing could be Parboti's Maya to help Monosa out a little. There's also a version where Behula had to dance in Indra's Palace for the Debotas to please them, but that takes away the reason why she'd convince Chanda Sadagar to finally worship Monosa
