I need to stop but arghhhh but the overall Loki plot still bothered me. It bothered me that Loki has no agency in his own show.
The show should have been called TVA and has Mobius aka Owen Wilson as the new main character.
As Tom said, it was Owen that opened up the multiverse because it truly was him.
He was chasing down the variant and ended up capturing her. They both got pruned, Owen saved Sylvie from Alioth and Sylvie ended up enchanting Alioth (just grab one of the rando Loki for extra strength or classic Loki could have been even more powerful and help with the enchantment or just have her do it all herself because she is a freaking ENCHANTRESSS) and we got to see Who He Remains.
If it was Owen and Sylvie both sitting on that chair, THE STORY REMAINED THE SAME. Sylvie still open the multiverse by choosing revenge and Owen ended up back in TVA.
Have romance or no romance.
But guess why they won’t make that… BECAUSE THEY NEEDED TOM FOR VIEWERSHIP.
Tom’s loki did nothing for the whole series. The only thing he ever did was guessing that Sylvie was hiding in an apocalypse. But that was even useless because Sylvie ended up attacking the TVA anyway and if she gotten up the elevator, the timekeepers was robot anyway, so it was useless and they would have captured her and Mobius could have interview her and found out about the truth.
This is like Indiana Jonese Raiders of the Lost Ark all over again.
Also people need to stop dissing on fanfiction. Ive been reading comments like “you are upset just because your fanfiction do not come true.” “Stop with your fanfiction.”
Well guess what, LOKI SERIES ARE FANFICTION. They are expanded story built on existing character created by the original creator.
All of MCU are fanfiction. They just got paid for it and be published in their own fanfiction network.
Stop dissing and disrespecting fandom works. Without fanfiction, there won’t be new writers and stories being discovered and loved by other people.
