Hi there, I just found your blog and immediately followed :) But I am here with a question. A few weeks ago I came out as bisexual and I have been thinking about that (and other stuff) a lot, and I recently noticed that I have those "moods" in which I wish I were a boy and thus I dress like one. I am planning to cut my hair short if I still want to in a few months and I also remembered wanting to dress up as a boy when I was little. Does this mean I am genderfluid? Because I have no idea...

You could be, I really don’t know!  Explore your gender, stay open to possibilities, experiment, do what makes you feel good.  Good luck!
