Magical Boy au Viktor as a member of Runeterra’s version of the Guild of Calamitous Intent
That does sound like a thing that would exist in the AU, and I was thinking about there being a bunch of other villains that exist and do their own operations in the other regions.
I think for a Runeterra version of the Guild of Calamitous Intent, it would be a collection of some of the strongest villains. (And also just the villains who cared enough to actually join, because I was considering putting Jhin on the list, but I feel like he would rather keep to himself than work with other people.) Though, that's not to say that all of them get along with each other, even if they are all part of the same organization. Some of it may be more of an agreement to not intrude on each other's designated turf if anything, and even then not everyone is going to abide by that.
I know that I've made villain Viktor come off as more comedic, but he is one of the stronger villains within Zaun. Enough that he would be a part of an organized group of villains that is primarily made up of some of the stronger villains of the world. And really, he is only that comedic/hammy with Jayce just because of the hate/love dynamic they have.
Some of the characters that I can see being a part of an organized villain organization. (Idk what the official name would be?) Characters in order (top to bottom, left to right): Nightbringer Vladimir, Ravenborn Leblanc, Blood Moon Thresh, Original Pyke, Blood Moon Elise, Old God Nocturne, Runeguard Volibear, Original Vex
I think that would also be other superheroes, ones both in Piltover and Zaun and outside of that within other regions. I don't know if there would be an exact organization for that, but I do know that Jayce and Ekko aren't the only active (or I guess trying-to-be-inactive in Jayce's case) superheroes in this AU world.
And some of these villains have their own superheroes that they deal with regularly, similar to how Jayce and Viktor fought each other to be considered each other's archenemy.
