I come to you today with the knowledge that Ariel was 16 when she met up with Ursula therefore, even though there was an offer, acceptance, (arguably - because there was an intention to be bound by the terms) an intention to create legal relations and consideration Ariel was unable to enter into a binding contract due to capacity and therefore Ursula IS simply evil (note this is subject to jurisdiction, I am unable to provide advice on the laws of the sea kingdom)

The Court has considered your arguments and finds that the evidence supports your submission that Ariel had no capacity to enter into a contract notwithstanding the presence of the required elements and as such there was no legally binding contract between Ursula and Ariel.

Your further submission that in the circumstances, Ursula is simply evil is also accepted.
