That feeling that everyone is moving on except me. Without me. Even the people who really felt like my peers once, who I could relate to, who made me feel like I wasn't alone

Like somewhere along the line, I missed some vital step, and now I can't figure out how to get on the track that I was supposed to be on, that everyone else has been on for years, and maybe it's just too late

It's hard

Sometimes I wonder if I have some kind of long Covid. Or if the difficult things I went through in ~2020 - 2023 really permanently damaged my mental health in some way
