SPILL. THAT. TEA. :eyes;
the tea is spilled, I already got a hate anon about it and immediately regretted deleting it b/c now they’re gonna miss the great comeback I thought of after deleting it lmaoo
LIS TE-N THIS TIME AINT MY FAULT!!!!
i always think that a'on's tail tends to swish fairly slowly if she's busy working on something intently and that topaz if not ruby carbuncle have attempted to catch it in the hopes of getting Mama A'on's attention again.
"Why can't you chase your OWN tails, you have THREE of them!!"
This made me so happy to draw. <3
with your acrylic reinked dice, is it just a matter of a very thing paintbrush and time or are there any other trick to that? :0c I'm suddenly inspired for a set of my own..
Nah, it’s not even that complicated! I just covered the entire number area with paint and then wiped away the excess with a paper towel, just like with marker inking. I’m pretty sure I did it while watching TV, haha.
@lonesiekarp I suffer from the thing of "actors are the same size as their characters" so I always see Sam as short because of Scanlan, even though he's taller than Liam So seeing Travis as 8 feet tall makes sense to me in a way because Grog is 8'7 in canon

okay but actually getting more in-depth with things in stormblood might help!!! aern's background is still kinda bland but the story itself is making her change in a lot of ways. (also side note: popo is a strong and focused and highly disciplined character which is!!!!!!! super cool!!!!!!! bc a lot of people would be super intimidated by that. having that kind of character doesn't make her bland or boring, it makes her defined. if you're worried about her being too flat?? well I mean. she can be fun and interesting without changing her personality every 2 seconds. just stay with who she is and run with it.) (enjoy her being a little awkward and uncomfortable until someone addresses her training. enjoy getting the chance to play up her weaknesses and how she feels about them. if she's quiet in public rp settings, put lots into her body language so people have a chance to play off stuff like that too. she is a Good and You Are Too. )
I suppose you’re right! I am very proud of how her character came together, but lately I feel she seems too preachy/dutiful and it’s a bit... tropey? But I think that has to do with the fact that I’ve hadn’t the chance to do proper character interactions. Simply put, Popola is a little girl who had to grow up fast on her own. She has a TON of failings and is good at one thing so it’s the only thing she relies on. I like the idea of expressing her more in mannerisms than in speech! She is the type who is polite but slow to warm up to people so!! I’ll try that, thank you so much >///<

A bakery, of course!
