Man fuck my job. They promoted the other keyholder to asm when im the one who fucking trained her. Ive also been keyholder for 3 years and shes only been with the company for 6 months. Idk what im doing wrong. Ive corrected everything they wanted me to, no one has complained about any of my work idk man its so beyond frustrating. Looking for a new job gives me anxiety attacks and idk what the fuck to do!!!! FUCK EVERYTHING!!!!!!

I hope your new person feels better soon. I don't know what he's going through but I can say from experience that nonstop cryings super exhausting so I hope he gets some rest. I hope the rest of the systems doing okay, too.

We hope so and I think he’s sloooowly feeling better! We have him an Ironman plush of that can help, it made him cry esp when he found out who’s idea it was but it’s a long story akhskshs

Yeah he still cries a lot, like we were traveling to work and he saw we weren’t in New York so he was internally having a breakdown? And since he’s been co con (unless he’s triggered to front he can’t front :^/? So cofronting is super hard, dude co conning freaks him out bc he can’t move the body, heck being in the body scares him) almost all the time he would see basically this “new life” and how it works and is overwhelming for him I g :^( which makes him cry (which is not his fault!!) so the boy ends up being exhauuuusteddd

The first time he fronted he cried for like 2 hours at midnight and went to bed crying so we woke up at 2 pm akhdjdhskdh

After that we’ve also been at work a lot :^(? For our internship

The museum is Super Triggering for Gee and Chara, ESP the first floor, so I end up like,,, man I don’t even Hecking choose to, the brain is like “u can handle this bc this museum doesn’t trigger u so FRONT huZAAH” and it’s been like that for what’s gonna be 2 weeks and I’ve been fronting ALMOST everyday for almost the whole day

And I’m not frontstuck ok bc Chara can stil come out to do protector stuff and I can clearly hear everyone so it’s like,,, it rlly feels like an assignment given to me that I have to deal with, IDK Gee tries to front too but it’s hard and when they DO some parts of the museum make THEM dissociate, so at LEAST some days they come back out when we get home ???

Idk, the museum doesn’t bother me and some parts are fun, so I g it’s really best I’m out Almost Always and crying on the sunset because it’s such a physical work out and I’m so tired and I’ve been waking up at front bc brain is like HANDLE THIS for 2 weeks ahaaa

Ppl have also suggested why not work out fronting schedules AND WE WOULD but Chara doesn’t like being near kids and Jamie just immediately dissociates bc of the museum so I’m like OK,,,,

I feel very lucky to have come as far as I have in my transitions of gender and sexuality. Looking back at how I was when I was younger makes me so sad because I wish that I had been more comfortable and accepting of myself and been able to explore my identity without so much fear and pressure on me.

When I was little I was so aware of who I was and the way I wanted to present myself, and that personal comfort became warped by the societal expectations that I was placed under by my peers and many adults in my life the older I became. Only in the past few years have I become comfortable enough to find my way back to the way I knew myself when I was a kid. A lot of this comes from having the privilege to belong to an accepting family and to go to a social justice based high school and to be surrounded by generally socially aware and conscious people who make efforts to be accepting of all LGBTQ+.

I have the privilege to go to school presenting myself the way I prefer and not being harassed. I have the privilege to have my teachers and educators treat me as equals to my cis hetero peers. I have the privilege to go home and wear boxers and my binder and lounge around without a single negative comment from my mother, who I am still only out as “gay” to. And of course, I must recognize that a lot of this stems not only from my liberal environment, but from my white privilege. Certainly if I was of color things would not be the same for me, and so I am lucky for that as well.

The point is, no matter what my struggles, the dysphoria and the feelings of inadequacy and not fitting in, I am truly lucky to be where I am today. So many people like me are no where near as fortunate. I am lucky to have my life when so many others like me no longer do. I am very very lucky and happy to be alive and living as who I know I am.

So im seeing a lot of mary and john hate, for mary shooting sherlock and john forgiving her so quickly. But me, i dont know i wasnt angry about it, and i was trying to puzzle out why because, yes, she really did kill sherlock i mean i think it was a bit close to be called solely an incapacitating wound. But if you think closely about the scene, this is a retired assassin of about 5 years, if we are going with the assumption that when she took mary's name that was her new beginning. She hasn't killed in years, and by the dramatic domestic turnaround i think there was at least some ideological input in that decision. But here she is, because after 5 years shes finally found something important to her, john, and she has a baby on the way with him. Fuck everyone, she is scared and has just shot up a building full of people to protect this future, not just for her but for the baby too. But shes been retired, all this death must have put some edge to her. And she certainly didnt kill mugersson quickly and cleanly like the methodical assassin she was, so has something changed? And then sherlock walks in, and she can see her future draining away as he recognizes her, she can feel the person standing in the room with them, john watson, her husband. And she, a woman assassin who im sure had to go through so much bs with proving herself to be ruthless to all the men she signed with or killed, she is almost taunted by sherlock saying "you wont kill me," and i have a feeling shes heard that many times before. So, theres instinct there too, and self-preservation for her future, and shes also weighing which will hurt john more, and maybe she decided losing not just her but in effect their baby too would be worse that losing sherlock again, the sherlock who faked his own death in the first place and hurt john, who disappears for months on end. But even then, she didnt go for the headshot. I do think its bs to say she knew hed survive, but i think somewhere in her heart of hearts, like all of us, she didnt believe he really could die, so she had to give him that small sliver of a chance. This doesnt make her exactly a good person, but its a very human, complicated decision somewhere in the gray, i think. I really love mary watson's character, and im so glad she and john are still together, even if its breaking my heart because this season is basically unrequited johnlock, because theyve made sherlocks feeling abundantly clear this season.
