For day 3 of the concert photography challenge, I chose this photo of @stevisreyvis from @thechariotjam's farewell tour. I'll always love this photo because I took it with borrowed gear since my camera decided to die a few days before and I was working with a T3i and a 50 1.8, neither what I was used to. But a few months later I sent some photos into Alt Press for consideration and included this one at the last second as an afterthought. Next thing I know I was at work one day and I got an email saying they wanted to publish it. I distinctly remember losing my shit as I told my manager who was the only person around what had just happened. I've gotten published another three times in Alt Press but I'll always love this one the most. #amberjamesphotography #thechariot #altpress #buffalo #thewaitingroom #longlivethechariot
