I know for a fact I made at least one of these long papers at kindergarten, and I’m pretty sure this is the one. I hung it on the whiteboard using magnets to draw on it. This means I drew these animals from memory, but I always, always drew them from memory anyway unless I was referencing a “how to draw” book. I obviously didn’t know what Africa was. I basically thought of some animals I knew mainly weren’t from America and grouped them all as coming from Africa. The scenes marked with numbers are showing sequences of events for scenes. The camel walks to the pyramid, the bug’s food is sliced with the rhino’s horn, and the caterpillar undergoes metamorphosis. The parrot is saying, “Polly wants a cracker” and there’s a smaller bird or animal delivering one to him who says, “Here’s a cracker, Polly.”

Again, I can’t find the drawing in real life, so here’s an old photo where it was in the background. It’s just a T. rex with an Apatosaurus or something behind it. There also appears to be some animal hanging off its tail and one (ankylosaurus?) in midair. I remember spreading this long sheet of paper out in the hallway and drawing this.
